Napoleon Bonaparte: Hero or Villain?

Napoleon Bonaparte is looked at in different ways, some say hero, some say villain. After an evaluation of Napoleons actions I have come to a decision of what he was. Napoleon Bonaparte was a man who loved domination, power and control. To get these he was willing to fight anyone. He believed hes country deserved more power than they had, and he was going to fight to expand his empire. Because of his tyranny and ruthlessness, I have decided to name him a villain. He fought his battles with great tactics and thought long about every move he made, for this I credit him. But because he became power-hungry, and let his greed get the better of him, this lead him to disaster. With his defeat, he left his country open for invasion.
